A meeting was held between Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ASAU) and the management of "Azersheker" LLC.

Acting Rector of the University, Zafar Gurbanov, speaking at the meeting, spoke about the importance ASAU attaches to cooperation with local and foreign companies for the training of sustainable agricultural specialists. Speaking about the university's personnel potential, international relations and experience opportunities, Z. Gurbanov also talked about the future prospects.

Seymur Safarli, director of agriculture of "Azersheker" LLC, made a presentation and said that "Azersheker" LLC, established in 2017, started the production of various types of agricultural products by investing in farmland in different regions of our country. The company's goal is to operate as an agroholding with highly efficient management, successfully applying the advanced technology available in the world.

In the meeting, the students' experience, conducting joint scientific-research work, etc., were also discussed. İssues were also discussed.

In the end, a memorandum on joint cooperation between "Azersheker" LLC and Azerbaijan State Agricultural University was signed.
